Position Summary: Join Savano Capital Partners as a full-time Associate in our Baltimore, MD office starting in Summer 2024. In this role, you will be integral to our investment team, engaging directly in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in software and technology companies. Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Proactively identify and source new investment opportunities

🤝 Build lasting relationships with growth-stage companies, executives and investors in the tech industry

📈 Manage our deal pipeline and CRM

🔍 Support due diligence, including business and industry analysis, competitive landscape, financial modeling and investment memos

📚 Monitor and support our current portfolio companies

💡 Contribute to our firm's growth through various internal initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

⏳ 2+ years of experience in VC / PE, entrepreneurship, consulting or business development

🔢 Proficiency in accounting, modeling company financials and performing valuation analysis

🧠 Quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

🏙️ Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate and authorized to work in the U.S.
