Orbit Partners is a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm. We work with investors at leading private equity firms to help them collaborate with the best Senior throughout a given deal process. We support our clients in making better-informed investment decisions and build value-creation angles through collaborating with industry leaders with the relevant expertise.
Our international client base includes most tier-1 Private Equity firms like Blackstone, KKR, CVC, Bain, Apax, Ardian, EQT, Permira, PAI, etc.. Orbit Partners operates globally with offices in London, Paris and New York and was started by former Private Equity executive Vincent Lambert, who was previously Co-Head of Technology Investments at US Private Equity firm Summit Partners.

The role:
Our Associates are at the core of our business and key members of the execution team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- conducting granular, qualitative research into various sectors and industries, in order to identify and map the key organisations and executives in a given ecosystem
- interviewing and securing these experienced C-level executives and thought-leaders as advisors to our clients.
- presenting research findings to our PE clients and recommending the most relevant advisors for the given deal process.
As part of a broad sector team (Healthcare/Consumer, TMT or Business/Financial Services/Industrials) you will quickly build knowledge around key industry trends and get to know a great variety of businesses and market segments. You will also gain exposure to senior executives and PE investors from day one. And as you will be joining a rapidly growing business with a lean team structure, you will quickly be offered substantial responsibility.
Profile:
We look for detail-oriented, commercial and driven individuals with a strong work ethic. Your tenacity and drive mean you thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have strong written and oral communication skills and solid internship or other work experience.
$60-65k base (depending on experience) + generous bonus scheme (we would expect Associates to earn $85-90k in their first year).
